If you enjoy my stlye, themes and messages of my writing and believe that I could be of use to you or a friend, please inform me! This can be done through >> MY EMAIL << Get right on it!

I can't wait to provide you all with a sneak peek of some super raw and fresh material! I'll be doing so, every week - fortnight on a Friday/Saturday.

Sand

As I'm going away for the weekend, I'll do my next post today! Today's poetry is much more intricate than usual. Even explaining this one might make my head explode. message me your thoughts!

Sand

Unravelling his history, like a dog has lost its bone,
Tainted is it not? Or has the serpent revealed his location?

Dear to his adored, or yet another scheme of jealousy?
Sand once loved and craved, yet glass so thin and scratched.
History seemed to be depriving of its lustful desire,
How could the memory be so old yet untouched?

The light seeping through the enriched fibres of life
Is it the light of my imagination, or is he not even real?

Love and Desire

Hi everyone

I'll be away next weekend so stay tuned for one more update after this!

The poem for this week (a couple days late sorry) is a short, cute one. Yes, Bonnie isn't all that melancholy.
This was written a couple years ago and thought I'd share the world something completely different to my usual themes. It's a typical teenage poem where a girl is crushing on a guy. It's what she wants to happen.

Love and Desire

So it started with a glance
Then it turned into a smile
You were then a good friend
And we'd hang out for a while

Until you reached for my embrace,
your stare made it hard to breathe
My heart began to speed up its pace
And to this I began to believe

That it would feel so right to lay
Somewhere with clasped palms
I want to hold you everyday, to
Feel heat radiate from your arms

I, imperative to stick together
Your once shattered-like-glass heart
The moment, I want to stay forever
With love and desire to play its part

Another Day

Good evening, sorry for my lack of attention to my blog. I've been a very busy bee this past week.
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne and went to the Lexus Marquee at Flemington Racecourse (Melbourne cup day). OH MY... The food! The food was delicious. All the different combinations of food...
I got to see many interviews with Rose Byrne, caught a glimpse at Phoebe Tonkin, and had an amazing chat with the interior designer of the Lexus LF-LC, Ben Chang.

Moving on, here is a sneak peek into the song I'll be recording soon:

Another Day

Verse 1

Go outside to feed the cold
Numbing kind of helps
But the coldest I can be
Gives me the instinct to survive

A painless death, I think, I plan
I want it to suffice
But people are so keen on
Giving me stupid advice

I know what I want
And I want it to be quick
Starting now I know it's time
To let go of my grip

I'm consumed by all these guilty pleasures
Feelings are fading away

I cannot feel the cold so now I feel it's time
To not let drawn into another day

That is the first verse of the lyrics I'll be recording with piano accompaniment. The meaning of this verse should be pretty self-explanatory!

I'll also give you another sneak peak into a song I wrote a while back, but am yet to add music.

Flames to Reminisce

Intro, V1, Chorus

Turning around
I'm facing the ground

Dead as dead can be
But I'm not free

Buried six feet deep
Though I'm surfacing

Through your reflection from the sun

Did you know it's very cold
Pushed into a smaller mould
A mould of the other people you
smother with a suffocating cover

I hope your guilt will get you back

My mirror image isn't real
The glass you shattered on me I can never heal
I'm a broken heart, clenching, rotting my own skin
Yet you're the one to blame for the pain I was in

If you would like to get an insight to the meaning of "Flames to Reminisce", send me an email!. This is simply a safety mechanism to copyright.

Live

As promised, I have uploaded a song with piano on YouTube, and you can find the link below.
Due to copyright, it is only a sample. A full recording would have to be executed as a live performance (fingers crossed :D). Keep in mind that this is my first ever recoding! You can hear the nerves in my voice.
Please comment. Opinions, criticism, whatever you may, would be greatly appreciated.
